Fuels and Lubricants Lab

The primary objective of this laboratory is to determine the properties of several fuels and lubricants like viscosity, flash and fire points and calorific values of the fuels. knowledge on Flash and fire points are useful in transportation of flammable liquids and gases. The viscosity experiments enable the studensts how it varies with temperature. This enlighten students to know whether the lubricant retains its viscosity under operating conditions or not.
